Xonbay is a product of Dimarak Limited. Dimarak Limited operates the Xonbay services and is responsible for the Xonbay browser technologies described in this Policy.

Cookies are small records stored by a browser and sent with relevant requests. Local storage holds information for a site until it is removed; session storage normally lasts for a browser tab’s session. Xonbay uses these technologies across its marketplace, Business workspace and hosted storefronts. Some sign-in cookies are shared across xonbay.com subdomains so you can use the same account.

Account cookies and their local copies are cleared by Xonbay’s sign-out action. A cookie lifetime is not a promise that a credential remains valid for that whole period. Browsers can remove stored information earlier, and repeated sign-in or refresh actions can update it. Other interface preferences and cached workspace data may be stored on your device according to the features you use.

The current first-party commerce tracker collects browsing and shopping events by default unless the browser’s Do Not Track setting is sent with the value 1. This is separate from sign-in and account security. Product recommendations may still request a browser identifier and use signed-in account activity.

• Use browser settings to block or remove cookies and site storage for Xonbay and any separately visited storefront domain.
• Enable Do Not Track in a browser that supports it to stop the current commerce event tracker from collecting events.
• Sign out before using a shared device and clear site storage if you want to remove local account copies and preferences.
• Contact privacy@xonbay.com to object to particular processing or request deletion of information already received. Clearing browser storage alone does not delete server records.

Blocking sign-in cookies or storage can prevent account access, checkout or workspace features from working. Browser controls affect the current device and browser. Where applicable law requires consent for optional technologies, those requirements apply independently of this Policy.

Hosted storefronts can use Xonbay’s sign-in and first-party analytics technologies. A storefront on a separate custom domain has its own browser storage scope. Payment pages and supported sign-in providers may set their own cookies when you open or use them; their own notices and controls apply. Sellers remain responsible for the lawful use of any additional integrations they introduce.

We update this Policy when relevant browser technologies or their purposes change. The version and dates identify the current inventory and explanation.
